Accessed by the A420 or A34, we are well located for Oxford, the county’s many science and business parks, London, Birmingham, airports and beyond.

We are delivering our ambitious masterplan with the first two lab and workspace buildings in place and the next phase with a further five lab buildings, landscaping, café and gym, which is currently under consultation.
